2007 Bell Grand Prix Youth Clinic

The 2007 Bell Grand Prix 12-and-Under Youth Swim Camp hosted by Swim Ontario. The top 100 swimmers from all of Ontario were selected for this prestigious one day camp including, five TSC swimmers. From right to left: Kara Vanderbeek, Lucasz Kosiorek, Jillian Stoyan, Oliver Straszynski, Isabella Jamieson, and Victor Delac (Head Development Coach). Victor Delac was selected as one of the four coaches to lead the technical camp.

4 More Club Records in the Final Day of World Cup in Berlin, GER
Day 1: TSC swimmers Zsofi Balazs and Hilary Bell had a successful first day at the Berlin World Cup. Berlin is the second stop for Team Canada in a seven stop FINA World Cup Series. Hilary placed 10th overall in the 200 Free with a time of 2:00.03, Zsofi placed 5th in the 800 Free with a time of 8:39.89. Stay tuned for more results
Day 2: The final day of World Cup Berlin was very successful for both Hilary and Zsofi. Hilary had a solid performance in the 400 IM with a best time 4:54.16 (10th), Zsofi a new club record in prelims 2:13.86 followed by another club record performance in the final 2:12.80 (8th), ten minutes later Zsofi stood up and raced to another club record performance in the 400 Free 4:12.19 (5th).
Congratulations on a great week of racing ladies.

6 Club Records set in Stockholm, SWE
Day 1: Head Coach John Grootveld reports TSC swimmers Zsofi Balazs and Hilary Bell are off to a great start at the 2007 World Cup in Stockholm. The girls broke 4 new club records. Highlights from the first day of competition include Hilary 2:00.75 200 Free (13th) and 2:17.76 200 IM (13th), Zsofi 2:13.73 200 Back (6th) and 8:40.71 800 Free (4th). Both ladies get the opportunity to experience a high level of international swimming by competing against many of the current world record holders and Olympic medalists.
